1 Definitions

4 Deposits & Payments

12 Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by j8slot

j8slot reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe the player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a legal or regulatory risk to the platform.

12.2 Effects of Termination

Upon account closure for cause (i.e., breach of Terms), j8slot may forfeit the player's entire account balance, including real money funds where those funds were obtained through fraudulent means. Legitimate real money balances from good-faith deposits will be returned to the player minus any applicable administrative costs, subject to completion of KYC verification.

12.3 Closure by Player

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting j8slot customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method within five (5) business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding investigations are pending.

13 Amendments to These Terms

j8slot reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of j8slot following the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
